Regarding the time it will be difficult to find a slot that is suitable for everyone worldwide. I proposed 5pm PST to facilitate those that will participate in person.
If there are people interested in giving a talk in other regions and the timing does not work for them then we can try to see if there is another option that could accommodate those.
