Follow-up to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-6877
As [~julianhyde] mentioned in the above issue, the tests are currently in the
RelToSqlConverter class and should be in their own test class since they are
not actually generating SQL but just testing the RelRoot behavior.
