we had supported by compute RelMdSize for array with basic type, but can not
compute correctly for nested type such as:
1. ARRAY[ARRAY[1,2], ARRAY[1,2]]
current result is 8, right result should be 16
2. MAP[1, 2, 3, 4] can not compute size.
currently result null , right result should be 16.
we need to fix it.
