A very small nit:
On the following page:
[https://calcite.apache.org/javadocAggregate/org/apache/calcite/rel/hint/package-summary.html]
There is reference to a method "addHintStrategy" which doesn't exist. The
method name in the actual code is "hintStrategy"
I'm ok if we say the documentation isn't meant to be totally accurate and it
serves more as a guideline as it took me .2 seconds to find the right method.
But figured I'd file this if we want to dot our i's and cross our t's.
