Upgrading Sonar Gradle Plugin to the [latest
version|https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/org.sonarqube] (6.3.1.5724).
The upgrade only covers the analysis part of the plugin running in Jenkins as
the compatibility with JDK8 forces us to stay at v3.5.x in the CI jobs based on
GitHub actions.
