Summary: Some labels showing up as expr$0 for Calcite planner

Minor issue: there is a slight difference in some labels in the Calcite planner
versus the original Impala planner. One example:
select timestamp_col + interval 3 milliseconds from functional.alltypestiny;
This is because it is not parsing via the MySql dialect.
