Now that 1.2 is behind us, and the next release is under way, I have pushed to Apache nexus the first snapshot for 1.3.
It includes 33 commits and 20 bug fixes, up to and including https://github.com/apache/incubator-calcite/commit/e218cb1534ea6e0c5d9a2f41a6005fa28a6164d2. Julian
