We need a property language so end users can use it for predicate and
expressions in the routes. So its exposed in the Spring DSL
For instance if they want to do a choice route based on a Exchange property.
Also a FUSE end user is requesting this.
Also build a Java DSL sample to make sure it also works out of the box in the
Java DSL as well
