Document dependencies in the wiki

There were quite a few questions about dependencies in Camel. Camel is not
including dependencies in the jars to keep them smaller. This means that many
components do not work out of the box as some might expect, and making sure
that all the dependencies are in the classpath is left to the user.
The proposal is to include a paragraph in the wiki with what the dependencies
for that component are and where they could be downloaded from, to make it
explicit.
