Update the cxf endpoint's schema's target name space

We need to use the "http://camel.apache.org/schema/cxf"; as the 
cxfEndpoint.xsd's target namespace.

Since it will break the compatibilities of  old camel 1.x configuration file. 
we  need to update the wiki page for this change.
