Fix For: 2.0.0, 1.6.1
Some end users can experience the app to hang if DOT can not be invoked or some
other issues.
So we should just disable it by default and end users can enable it if the
wanna use it.
Anyway in the future we would love to switch to a Java based generator instead
of GraphViz.
