At current time only implemented for when using SendProcessor that is the most
common to use, eg as its the {{.to}}.
There may be some other processors that needs to be tweaked to let it work as
well.
However the route builder logic inside Camel should be reworked in the future
to better accommodate such interceptors messing with the endpoints.
