Tracer is now always managementable and you can just log into jconsole and see
it under /tracer. Here you can configure it as you like at runtime.
To eg change log level, what to output etc.
And Camel itself can even per context, or per individual route enable/disable
tracing on demand.
For example if one particular route is having an issue you just find the route
in jconsole and enable tracing for it.
