This allows existing Camel components to just implement the
{{org.apache.camel.spi.ManagementAware}} interface and provide the managed
object of choice.
This can for example be used by camel-jms to expose management of the
JmsEndpoint and/or JmsConsumer.
That should allows you to change concurrent consumers on-the-fly (might require
to restart all consumers) in case Spring JmsTemplate does not support changing
this value dynamic.
