Excellent the new commons-management-1.0.jar is included in the zip.
That was the one I could foresee as a problem.

And just a note: The manual failed. I wonder if we should remove it
from the kit for the future. I think the manual is getting impossible
to render as its hard to download from apache since its so big now.
