Fix For: 2.2.0
Spring java configure project is moved into Spring 3.0, so it's time to upgrade
it to Spring 3.0.
Since we can't support the Spring 2.x and Spring 3.0 in the same
camel-java-configure module, I will add a maven profile to ignore this module
when camel build with spring 2.x.
