Create a Camel 1.x branch for Camel Extra

Hi Claus,

I just noticed you did a great work of upgrading the Camel Extra to 
Camel core 2.x last weekend.
But I think we may need to take care of the Camel Extra user which use 
Camel Core 1.x for a while.
How about create a Camel 1.x branch for Camel Extra ?
