Currently to set these timeouts you've got to do some configuration in spring,
it'd be nice though to have some simple URL/cxfEndpoint options to change the
receive and connection timeout parameters for the CXF client. Will be
attaching a patch shortly and will also update the wiki if the patch is
accepted.
