Hi Christian,
I just committed your patch with some minor changes
1. Added the jaxws API jars dependencies for supporting JDK 1.5.
2. Moved the SOAP_ACTION constant to Exchange
When I finished the change of 2, no unit test is broken.
Can you add a test for the soap action ?
