Will do that within the next days. I'll also update the documentation because
there's no longer a single hapi jar but several (a base jar and one for each
HL7v2 version). User's of the camel-hl7 component will need to add the
version-dependent jars themselves.
For using HAPI 0.6 in OSGi I'll create a single bundle having all version jars
on the bundle classpath (and upload it to the Camel maven repo). Deploying them
separately in OSGi causes issues with split packages.
Although hapi-1.0-beta1 is already out I'd prefer an upgrade to 0.6 at the
moment, for stability reasons.
