Just created a patch to be applied to Servicemix 4 so that Lucene 3.0.1 can be
installed as a servicemix osgi bundle. This issue is being tracked as
https://issues.apache.org/activemq/browse/SMX4-494.
The camel feature patch to upgrade the lucene 3.0.0 component to 3.0.1 is
attached to this issue as lucene-3.0.1-features.diff
