Got the pieces together. What would be good is to have it support a DLC like
feature so it can discard poison messages just as you would do with JMS brokers.
This means the {{org.apache.camel.processor.RedeliveryPolicy}} should be
supported. But it has many options which means it may be a bit work to support
them all.
