Though I just lost an hour or two deleting maven repos and downloading
the internet on this one...

which turns out to be this maven bug

Basically 2.2.1 of Maven is broken for running "mvn jetty:run" to boot
up the camel-web console in a project.

So we should recommend folks use 2.0.11 in release notes & camel-web page.
