camel-castor specifies a non-flexible version dependency on Castor 1.2.0.
Ideally should be changed to [1.2.0,2.0) to allow later versions of Castor to
be deployed. Castor 1.2 was released in Feb 2008, 1.3 was first released in
Feb 2009
