This starts to become a bit funny. Quartz have just released 1.8.1, 1.8.2 and
now 1.8.3 in a very short period of time. 1.8.3 should fix some serious memory
issues found in 1.8.1.
Quartz 1.8.3 has just been released
We need an OSGi wrapped bundle for it as well.
