Okay this requires SMX upgraded as well so the OSGi itests can run because they
reuse the protoc generated classes from camel-protobuf.
When the SMX bundle has been upgraded then reverse merge this commit rev:

svn merge --change -962769. .
{code}
And upgrade the version in the features.
