What about introducing ranges in feature dependencies, so that we can have
camel-spring depend on spring with [2.5,4) and let the features service choose
to reuse an already installed version or install one if needed.
Also the spring dependency should be moved from camel-core to camel-spring, as
camel-core itself does not require spring.
