Haha. Can we delete this issue and pretend it didn't happen. As a simplistic
test I did
{code}install -s ....{code}
for each bundle in the feature. Which of course would give and error if the
order was incorrect. However, order doesn't matter in features since each
bundled is installed then after all are installed they are each started. Stupid
shortcut test on my part!
