I like it. It looks really good.
A few remarks:
- document the amazonSQSClient option
- default value for deleteAfterRead is true (in my opinion it makes more sense)
- document the visibilityTimeout option
- document the defaultVisibilityTimeout option
- document the attributeNames option
- document the maxMessagesPerPoll option
