No, I cannot delete the files.
The index.html files are no longer present in the mirrored distribution site,
however they have been archived, which means that some of the archive files are
not accessible.
The following files need to be deleted:
./camel/apache-camel/2.0.0/index.html
./camel/apache-camel/2.1.0/index.html
./camel/apache-camel/1.6.2/index.html
./camel/apache-camel/2.0-M2/index.html
from
/www/archive.apache.org/dist
This can be done by anyone with the "camel" group id, which should be all Camel
PMC members at least.
