The camel transport for cxf should map header fields like the cxfbean component

Currently the camel transport only filters out certian headers. The CXF bean
component also maps some headers.
If you publish a cxf service using camel and access it via the browser you get
an exception as the http method is not mapped. With mapping in place this
should also work
