Double check the cleanup logic when Camel shutdown that it unregister all
MBeans.
In the JMX based unit tests add logic to "cleanup" JMX before tests starts so
we can reliable perform tests. It may oddly fail on CI servers or whatnot due
sideeffects from other failed tests.
