That's my mistake.

Actually same should be done for the other schemas as well. Actually the 
copying of the artifacts is conveniently done using a script [1] I use (it must 
be run on people.a.o).
I commented out but not updated the line below (a relic from the old amq 
scripts from before the repository.a.o based release process). It was a 
reminder to improve the schema release process. During the times of both 1.x 
and 2.x releases to avoid the 1.x schemas overwriting the newer 2.x schemas. 
  # update_latest_released_schema("${SITE_DIR}/schema/${dest}/")

I will fix the script, update the other schemas and update the wiki with this 
info.
