create bundle of camel-core-osgi

Fix For: 2.8.0
When user want to use OsgiDefaultCamelContext without touch spring and
blueprint, he need the camel-core-osgi bundle.
As the camel-spring and camel-blueprint ship camel-core-osgi bundle by default,
they will not import any packages of camel-core-osgi bundle, so camel-core-osgi
bundle is safe to be deploy into OSGi platform.
