Hi Christian,
I just tested the example with the ServiceMix4.3.1-fuse-01-09, I didn't have
any trouble to access the WSDL file.
But I changed the examples version from 2.2.0 to 2.6.0 which means the CXF
version is changed also.
And you need to also install the camel-jaxb feature to make sure the
InputReportIncident object can be marshaled into an InputStream.
I will commit the patch shortly and thanks for your contribution again :)
