Only problem with the FTP links is it seems commons is no longer hosting the
2.0 API docs[1], only 3.0. [2]
Should I link to those instead? It could cause confusion if someone tries
some 3.0 options if there are any that don't exist in 2.0, but maybe that's
better than no docs.
