We should move the ResourceEndpoint from camel-spring to camel-core and let it
leverage the Camel class resolver. That makes it work in Camel environments.
For example blueprint, jboss etc.
It also makes it possible to use camel-freemarker, velocity etc. without spring
JARs at all.
