Functionality of this patch:
- send serialized body and header (default behavior). If body or a header is
not serializable they will be skipped and a warning will be logged (same
behavior as with DefaultExchangeHolder).
- send complete exchange with DefaultExchangeHolder (option
transferExchange=true)
