          Description: 
We should make the CBR more fine grained when it set the parent/child 
relationship, as well if you assign ids to its different parts
- choice
- when
- otherwise

Currently setting id would be coarse grained and set it on the choice, even if 
you set it on the otherwise.

Likewise in the when clauses we can be more fine grained and associated the 
parent/child to exactly the right when definition.
