camel-spring bundle and camel-blueprint bundle have the classes of
camel-core-xml and camel-core-osgi.
So we don't need to ship these two artifacts in the distribute kit indeed.
As there are some user request to use the camel context without spring or
blueprint as CAMEL-3814 traced, I just added made the camel-core-osgi as the
osgi bundle and camel 2.8.0 kit will ship this bundle.
