New version of the patch. This get the tests for all the components passing.
Hadoop doesn't support IBM JDK so all tests are disabled on IBM there.
IBM JDK doesn't have the 3deswrap algorithm build in which is the "default" for
the xmlsec component. Thus, SOME tests are disabled if no 3deswrap cipher is
found. We could change the default algorithm, but disabling the tests seemed
better.
