Modified the camel parent to use latest qpid version 0.10 of the Qpid project.
Commented out qpid-broker dependency which was used by an ignored Unit test.
qpid-broker is not officially released as a jar in Maven Central. The version
0.5.0 was an older version that was missing certain classes. Hence the unit
test was not working and marked as ignore.
Once the Qpid community uploads this jar to Maven Central with sources and
javadocs, we will then be able to fix the unit test.
Alternatively if Sevicemix releases an OSGi bundle version of the jar, we can
then fix the unit test. Is continues to be marked as @Ignore as in previous
versions.
