duplicated camel-core-osgi module in camel-spring and camel-blueprint

Fix For: 2.9.0
I found that both camel-spring and camel-blueprint embeded camel-core-osgi
module, that's not the best practice in OSGi container. We should install
camel-core-osgi as a separate bundle which could be shared by camel-spring and
camel-blueprint
