Additional methods added to example QuickfixConverters

The example QuickfixConverters converter class didn't have methods to convert
from a byte array to a Message and from Message to InputStream. That prevented
me from marshalling/unmarshalling Quickfix messages with Bindy. Enclosed is a
patch with the needed methods.
