Support for localization in Camel

Camel is used in many countries across the globe from the Americas, to western
Europe and Asia. Camel messages in the logs should be localized. The slf4j
version we use does [support l10n|http://www.slf4j.org/localization.html].
I didn't look yet into concrete ways to do it, but will soon.
