Zookeeper tests do not work on windows

All zookeeper tests after the first class fail with the following exception:
java.lang.Exception: Could not delete Test Zookeeper Server working dir
./target/zookeeper
This happens because the log file is still in use and so windows refuses to
delete the directory.
