Thanks I committed a potential fix and kicked a CI server on Apache Jenkins https://builds.apache.org/job/Camel.trunk.fulltest.windows/14/
I am not able on Apache Jenkins to see which JDK version is being used on "windows1" which is what is used for the windows tests. Neither which Windows OS is being used - WinXP, Win2000, Win7 etc. I suspect it uses an older JDK and thus fails.
