CAMEL-4503 shows the bug, when we have uri parameters which can override the
configuration of cxfEndpoint, the instance of cxfEndpoint from the
configuration file could be changed with the uri parameters if the CxfComponnet
doesn't return a new instance of the cxfEndpoint.
