The pom of the components camel-amqp, camel-jmx, camel-msv and camel-nagios
include the repository 'repo.fusesource.com/maven2-all' for the source of their
required dependencies, however all those dependencies are already available on
the central repo.
This change mitigate the case where the fusesource repo is down, see [1] for
details.
