I think that the http client 3.x has been there for ages. It is mature and
I think that even if it reaches EOL there will be lots of users that would
prefer it over 4.x.
So, I don't see any value in removing it. I don't think that
the maintenance burden of it is that much.

So I'd say rename it to http3 and let it be there for anyone that wants to
use it.
